We get it - sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your event, here's how:
- Log in to Poply.com via your favorite browser, or open the Poply app from your smartphone or tablet.
- Select the invitation you would like to cancel.
- If using a browser, select 'CANCEL EVENT' on the right side of the screen and a box will pop up confirming you want to cancel your event. If you would like to send an additional message to your guests, you may do so in the space provided. Once you have entered your message, select 'YES, CANCEL EVENT' to proceed. All guests will receive a message alerting them the event was cancelled regardless of if you wrote an additional message or not.
If using the app, select 'EDIT INVITE' in the middle of the screen. Click 'CANCEL EVENT' at the bottom of the screen and a box will pop up confirming you want to cancel your event. If you would like to send an additional message to your guests, you may do so in the space provided. Once you have entered your message, select 'YES, CANCEL EVENT' to proceed. All guests will receive a message alerting them the event was cancelled regardless of if you wrote an additional message or not.
Note: all guest lists, photos, and data associated with your event will be deleted when you cancel an event.
